A beautiful time...
Excitement and the hope filled the air at St. Andrew's for the installation of Fr. Plummer. The Bishop and I knew it would be a beautiful night as we walked out of the hotel and God painted a masterpiece sunset in the SE New Mexico sky.

As we entered the Church, the altar guild was busy, Deacon Bud was preparing the Altar Book, community members were busy setting up for the reception. I have posted images of the evening so that you can share in this joyous event.

As we departed, there was a jump in our step and a smile on our faces. This place is growing and exciting!
If anyone questions or asks how the Episcopal Church is doing - point them toward Roswell and St. Andrew's. A beloved Rector, new people are joining the congregation, a vibrant youth group (more tomorrow!) and a community centered in Christ. God has chosen this place as one point for the Kingdom to break into our Diocese.
If you are ever in the area, stop by, you will be amazed (p.s. invite someone to go with you).
